Inheritance of Lhoba weaving

Lhoba weaving, a traditional skill of Lhoba ethnic group, was inscribed on the list of Tibet's intangible cultural heritage in 2008. In order to inherit and protect this skill, local government worked hard to promote it, meanwhile increasing the income of local women. In 2015, a farmer cooperatives of Lhoba weaving was set up in Nanyigou, Mainling County, Nyingchi of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, it integrated the display, production and inheritance of Lhoba weaving.
