Ngari develops Zanba industry to get rich

Zanba is one of the traditional staple food of Tibetan people. Located in Xide Village, Burang County, Ngari Prefecture, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Xide Zanba Processing Factory has made full use of the local white highland barley industry advantages, guided the people to combine Zanba processing with agricultural development, and obtained better economic benefits. This year, the processing factory invested more than 4 million yuan RMB to introduce a new production line to extend the industrial chain, making and selling Zanba biscuits. In 2018, the processing factory sold 35,000 kg Zanba, making profits of nearly 400,000 yuan RMB and giving dividends of 150,000 yuan RMB to poor households.
