A company producing Tibetan cultural handicrafts was established in 2014 in Riwoche County of Qamdo, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Since its establishment, the company has carried out free skill-training courses among more than 200 local farmers and herdsmen in 4 villages, and 70 of them were from poor households. At present, most apprentices have gotten out of poverty and become rich.
