Second batch of resettlement households of Sanyan area moved in Lhasa

On October 12, 206 people of 45 households from Sanyan area of Qamdo City are moving to the Dekyi Kangsa Community, which is a resettlement site for poverty alleviation in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. On October 12, 206 people of 45 households from Sanyan area of Qamdo City were relocated to the Dekyi Kangsa Community, which is a resettlement site for poverty alleviation in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lhasa City. This is the second batch of resettlement households of Sanyan area.

In the Dekyi Kangsa Community, infrastructures including health service station, bilingual kindergarten, cultural center, supermarket and so on are built.

Rigzin, who is 56 years old, is one of the relocated households. His family voluntarily move to Lhasa from Xiongsong Town in Gonjo County. According to the number of family members and by drawing lots, a big house of 156 square meters is allocated to his family. What's more, household appliances including washing machine, television, and freezer as well as household items including tables, cabinets, beds and so on are equipped by the government.

Losang Trinley, temporary party branch secretary of Dekyi Kangsa Community, introduces that the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lhasa City and relevant departments have jointly solved schooling, employment and other issues for relocated households, doing their best to help them solve difficulties encountered in production and life, and letting them have a stable life and find a way to get rich.
