Recently, in order to enhance the living skills of local farmers and herdsmen and improve their living conditions, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Chagyab County, Qamdo City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region holds a training course on wool processing skills.

The bureau invites relevant technical personnel from other provinces imparting skills to farmers and herdsmen. The teaching mode combines theory with operation to ensure the trainees learning and using them well. After the training, 15 trainees can be employed by local wool processing factories with an annual wage income of more than 18,000 yuan RMB (about 2,620 US dollars).
