Under the guidance of the government's policies benefiting people, relevant departments of Lhasa City have improved the market allocation and regulation mechanism. Therefore, vegetable prices are only small fluctuation because of low local vegetable production in the off-season, and vegetable supply for citizens is still sufficient in winter and spring.
