Concern from the People’s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region

During the relief and rescue work in quake-hit Nyalam and Gyirong counties of China's Tibet after the 8.1 magnitude earthquake in Nepal, the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region held an emergency meeting to set up their leading group on 4.25 earthquake relief work at the second when the situation of disaster learned by public. Within the shortest possible time a large-scale disaster emergency rescue consisting of all Party members and cadresas well as sufficient medicine and medical equipment were ready.

Up to now, 10 ambulances, 48 doctors and nurses, 4 batches of medical supplies, more than 500 medical workers and 200,000 yuan donation have been sent to quake-hit areas.
