It is reported from Tourism Bureau of Nyingchi that as winter comes, Nyingchi’s tourism enters the low season and the tickets of many tourist spots are half priced.

Currently, there are two kinds of tickets in some scenic spots of Nyingchi, China’s Tibet Autonomous Region. High season lasts from May 1 to Oct 31 with the full-price ticket. Low season starts from Dec 1 to next Apr 30  with discount ticket which will be half priced. During the high season, tickets of some scenic spots are hard to get, such as the ticket to Yarlung Tsangpo Canyon. Besides, the price of accommodation in hotels is higher. The tickets of air and train need to be made reservations many days in advance. As the low season comes, lots of scenic spots’ tickets are adjusted accordingly.

Since Nov. 1st, the tickets of some scenic spots such as Yarlung Tsangpo Canyon, Nanyigou, Lake Baksum Tso are half price. In addition, prices of some hotels also will give a 40 percent or 60 percent discount.
