The Lancang River Cultural Art Festival will be held from September 28 to 30 in Chagyab County, Qamdo City.

Themed on "Lancang River, rich culture, ancient road, auspicious Chayab", this festival will last for 3 days.

By adhering to the principle of "safe, frugality, utilization, effectiveness, order", 23 items of activities including art performance, sport games, economic and trade negotiation, policy propaganda of poverty alleviation, trade sales, cultural and tourism forums will be held in Chagyab County.
