It is reported that in 12th Five-Year Plan, China’s Tibet Autonomous Region promotes the construction of two-level scenic spot system that includes national scenic spot and regional scenic spot.

In 12th Five-Year Plan, Thulin-Guge, Namtso-Mt. Nyanchen Thanglha and Mt. Thanglha-source of Ngulchu River are approved to be national scenic spots. Besides, there are 12 areas are chosen to be regional scenic spots.

In addition, Sagya Town was included in Chinese famous towns, Pangshing Village, Tonda Village and Conggo are approved to be Chinese historic and cultural villages.
