It is reported on Dec. 14th that recently, the 5th Tsang Commodity Fair kicks off in Lhatse County, Shigatse of southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region.

Except 101 booths provided by Lhatse County in this fair, the others can be built by enterprise exhibitors. With over 500 enterprises, the fair boasts more than 1,000 kinds of products including farm products, livestock products, handicrafts, medicine and jewelry. According the data, on Dec. 10, enjoying 436 enterprises and 4,500 people taking part in this fair, the fair’s sales figures reached 1.56 million yuan. Currently, the fair has become a new platform for increasing people’s income, promote Lhatse’s economy and the construction in western part of Shigatse.
