Lhasa Jingtu, Tibet's first professional basketball club, is going to build a database for its players in late November, marking a significant step in its operation progress.
The database will contain the information of the club's first team and the youth team, and also some local Tibetan basketballers' info, including physical and technical statistics.
Every match or training session will be recorded in the database.
"We will benefit from the database for more talent information, which is helpful in players' cultivation and management," said Tsetam Dorje, president of Jingtu, or Pureland.
Launched in February 2015, the Tibetan team is recruiting new players nationwide to prepare for the National Basketball League next year.
