It is reported from the press conference held by Menling County People’s Government on April 28 that the 10th Menling Paeonialutea Tibetan Medicine Culture and Tourism Festival will kick off in Menling County of Nyingchi, southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, on May 28.
With a history of nine years, the 1st Menling Paeonialutea Tibetan Medicine Culture and Tourism Festival was held in 2006. During the festival, there are various interesting activities such as the award ceremony of Tibet’s 2nd Microfilms Competition, the painting and calligraphy exhibition of paeonialutea and the display of medicated food. Visitors can not only enjoy the beautiful daeonialutea but also view excellent performances.
