According to Lhasa Railway Station, the tickets of Z8801/2, Z8803/4, Z9802 from Lhasa to Shigatse are available seven days ahead of departure date, which will last from Jan 10 to Feb 21.

The Spring Festival travel rush of 2017 will be from January 13 to February 21. As the Spring Festival approaches, Lhasa Railway Station offers consultation service, complaint channel and help-seeking service.

Tips:

1.All train tickets are real-name. Passengers need to take their ID cards or photocopy of ID cards.

2.The tickets are released earlier: 30 days in advance online and by telephone, and 28 days in advance at railway stations and ticket offices.

3.Travelers can log onto www.12306.cn, the website for the China railway customer service center, to buy train tickets. The Internet portal is open from 7 am to 11 pm every day.

4.Travelers can buy tickets in advance through telephone booking (95105105).
