The 16th Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival will be launched on March 29. During the one-mouth festival, visitors can admire fully bloomed peach blossoms. In addition, various activities will be held, including photography show, folk sports activity and some experiencing activities.

Since 2017, the press conference of Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival has been held in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Nyingchi, which attracts a lot of visitors to travel to Nyingchi. During the period of festival, there will be four venues (Menling County, Pome County and Gongbo gyamda County).

Tourism during Peach Blossom Festival becomes the main driving force to promote the development of Nyingchi's tourism market.

Nyingchi, located in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, boasts for its mild climate and gentle picturesque scenery. With an average altitude of 3,100 meters, Nyingchi is surrounded by the snow-capped Himalaya mountain range and welcomes spring earlier than the rest of Tibet.
