China's Tibet has launched the initiative of "winter tours in Tibet－enjoy the world's third pole" since the end of January. Preferential polices echoing for this activity cover tourist attractions, star hotels, tourism vehicles and flights, which contributes to a good opening of tourism in 2018.

Although visitors traveling to Tibet will not enjoy the preferential policies after May 1st, they could spend half of the price on entrance tickets of some scenic spots.
