To have a comprehensive understanding of the distribution and preservation status of the stone carving cultural relics, recently, Qamdo has launched the first survey of stone carving cultural relics.

Up to now, the data collection work including measurement, recording, transmission, image collection and so on has been carried out for 356 pieces of various stone carvings with high cultural relic value and research value. On the basis of the third survey of immovable cultural relics, 6 stone carving cultural relics have been newly discovered.
