Traditional handicrafts promote poverty alleviation

Combined with the actual situation such as the fact that there are many old, weak, sick and disabled people and the poor physical quality of the personnel, Caiqutang Village of Yangbajain Town, Lhasa City has studied and applied for industrial projects so as to jointly promote the employment and poverty alleviation mechanism and increase people's income. At present, the poverty alleviation workshop in Caiqutang Village has a total investment of 200,000 yuan. Led by the village women's director, 7 villagers with handicraft weaving experience are employed, leading to the monthly income increase of 1,500 yuan for each of the 7 poor households in the village.
