In recent years, with the great attention and support of the Party committees and governments of all levels, as well as the extensive participation and joint efforts of all walks of society, the protection of intangible cultural heritage of Xigaze City, southwest China’s Xizang Autonomous Region has been greatly improved. The project number on the intangible cultural heritage list has been increased, the number of representative inheritors has been expended, and the excellent traditional culture has been well inherited.
