In order to further study, publicize, and implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, continuously foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, and solemnly commemorate the 64th anniversary of Serfs' Emancipation Day in Xizang, on the morning of March 27, 2023, artistic performance of "Brilliance of the Party shines through all generations" in Chengguan District of Lhasa City was held in Dzongyab Lukhang Park.
