Barkhor Street is the oldest and most Tibetan-style pilgrimage circuit and commercial street in Lhasa City, China's Xizang. Built around the Jokhang Temple, it boasts a history spanning over 1,300 years. This place is not only a sacred ground for pilgrims who come in a continuous stream, but also a bustling marketplace filled with an array of exquisite Tibetan handicrafts, specialty goods, and authentic Tibetan cuisine.
