Step into the Xora Tibetan Paper Cooperative in Nyemo County, Lhasa City of Xizang, to explore the national-level intangible cultural heritage: Tibetan papermaking craftsmanship. As one of the three major Tibetan papers in Xizang with a history of over 1,300 years, Xora paper is known for its special formula that makes it resistant to insects, rodents, decay, and discoloration. Historical and cultural classics printed on this paper can be preserved intact for over a thousand years.
