White cashmere, known for its delicate texture and excellent warmth retention, is hailed as "soft gold". Rutog County in Ngari City, Xizang Autonomous Region, is a renowned production area of white cashmere in China. Currently, over 90% of the local population in Rutog County is engaged in white cashmere goat farming, with more than 90,000 high-quality white cashmere goats being raised. The cashmere industry has embarked on a fast track of development, becoming a significant avenue for boosting local residents' incomes.
