From 2005 to the end of 2025, over the course of 20 years, the collaborative efforts between Northwest Minzu University, Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House, and the national libraries of the United Kingdom and France culminated in the complete compilation and publication of the Tibetan Documents from Dunhuang and Central Asia in the British Library and the Tibetan Documents from Dunhuang in the National Library of France. These invaluable manuscripts, once scattered overseas, have thus been returned to their homeland in the form of high-definition facsimile editions.
