Recently, the "Climbers—Everest Flame, Glory of Technology" special exhibition and torch handover ceremony was held at the Xizang Natural Science Museum. A total of 142 Olympic artifacts, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics Everest Special Torch, were officially inducted into the museum's collection. The exhibition and the Olympic torch are now permanently based in Xizang, carrying regional, contemporary, and educational value. This helps address the local shortage of high-end science and technology exhibitions and fosters scientific spirit among young people.
