From October 1 to 7, 2026, Lhasa Railway Station handled a total of 100,900 passenger trips, an increase of 18,000 compared with the same period last year. The station added temporary passenger trains and extra carriages for popular routes such as Xining, Xigaze, and Linzhi, effectively easing passenger flow pressure, improving tourism services, and enhancing the overall travel experience.
