In 2008, with the help of Nedong Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, Yeshe Drolkar established the Poultry Breeding Professional Cooperative. Then she began to lead more than 1000 farmers and herdsmen in and around Nedong County to get rich.

By organizing various trainings, lectures and on-the-spot guidance, many technical problems such as epidemic prevention, medical treatment and breeding are solved for poultry farmers.

In 2012, Yeshe Drolkar established the Lhoka Kunsang Poultry Co., Ltd. She changed business models, enhanced added value of products and implemented the theory of industrial diversification.

Yeshe Drolkar is renowned with many honorary titles and she is elected as a representative of the 12th National People's Congress.
