According to recent meeting of T.A.R. Industrial and commercial Administration Bureau, there are already 1217 contact points for consumer rights protection in Tibet, and some more are under construction. Consumers in Tibet can dial the hotline 12315 to complain and report if any invasion of legal rights happens, then the nearest contact point will send coordinators to help solving the problem.
Statistic says there were 1960 coordinators hired and 1426 infringement cases of consumers' rights and interests investigated within the whole region last year.
