To speed up the new rural construction, Taizhao Village of Gongbo Gyamda County has started a local farmer specialized cooperative for pulu processing with 900,000 yuan raised funds of local farmers and herdsmen, 90,000 yuan from partnership households and 10,000 yuan from the village financing on March of this year. Current number of workers in the cooperative is 41, and their main products include Pulu (Tibetan wool) dress in Tibetan style and other handcrafts.

This cooperative has solved the problem of unemployment and income generation of surplus labor in the village and enriched local tourism products which has promoted the development of local tourism and established the foundation for the inheritance of Tibetan handcraft.
