27 villagers from Potoh Village of Lhasa’s Choshur County get a loan of 1,285,000 yuan RMB through mortgaging their contractual rights of rural land on April 17, 2015.

Choshur County is one of the testing areas on rural land reform. Local people are free to mortgage their contractual rights of land in order to get loan from banks. The loan can be used to purchase life needs and production facilities as well as start business.
