Since the year 2013, government in Purang County of Ngari Prefecture in southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region has decided to integrate 15 million yuan RMB from aiding Tibet funds with 9.5 million yuan RMB from invited investment, totaling 24.5 million yuan RMB, with which a modern agriculture demonstration base program was launched.

This base has taken an area of 2,000 m² with 140 green houses, more than 50,000 nursery-grown plants of different kinds.
