It is reported from the press conference of the 2nd tourism, culture expo that this expo will be held on the 28th of Sep, lasting for 3 days. The 2nd China Tibet tourism, culture expo includes 7 main forums and exhibitions.

Ai Juntao, the deputy director of China Tibet expo organizing committee, said that this expo will display Tibet’s unique natural landscape and excellent traditional culture, showing the great achievement of China’s Tibet Autonomous Region over the past five decades. Tourism is a pillar industry in Tibet. Through this expo, the awareness of Tibet’s tourism and culture will be expanded. In addition, it also will give impetus to the industrial transformation and updating of Tibet’s tourism and culture industry, making a high-en promotion platform for Tibet’s tourism and culture with the growing impact in both home and abroad.

During the expo, 7 main forums and exhibitions include welcome reception, the opening ceremony, a touring, expo substance forums, exhibition, investment and trade and closing ceremony. The expo substance forums includes China Tibet tourism and culture forum and the first Tibetan medicine forum. The exhibitions will display the great achievements of China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, Tibetan medicine and unique products, trade and culture.
