Recently, it is said that three major telecommunication operators are about to implement a brand new policy on cellphone traffic from October, which allows the current month’s unused cellphone traffic usable til next month. On October 14, 2015, the reporter from Tibet Business Daily learned that the three major telecommunication operators in Tibet Autonomous Region all have implemented the policy of “no clear out cellphone traffic” since October 1. Therefore, if some cellphone traffic of the current month is not used, it will not be cleared to zero, instead it can be preferentially used in the following month.
