Since the establishment of China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, car sales in China’s Tibet starting from zero is at a strong growth in recent years, which reflects the improvement of Tibetan’s living standard and the development of economy in China’s Tibet. Based on the related status, until April of 2014, Tibet had 32,500 vehicles and 24,700 drivers, an increase of 322 percent and 166 percent respectively over the past decade. Thanks to the fast development of Tibet’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more citizens in China’s Tibet bought cars, meaning that cars have already been accessible to the ordinary households.
