Recently, the construction of oxygen supply project has begun in Xingfu Community, Khamsbzang Community, Shekyer Town and Nyima Town, Bangoin County of Nagqu, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

Oxygen supply project in Bangoin County uses the PPP mode (Public－Private－Partnership). With an investment of 12.05 million yuan (1,860,520 U.S. dollars), this oxygen supply project is planned to be completed in the middle of June this year. 376 households will enjoy the oxygen provided by this project which greatly improves the quality of life. Bangoin County is the first place in Tibet using the mode of PPP in oxygen supply project.
