Recently, the 6th council of second Tibet Real Estate is held in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. This conference summarizes the development of Tibet's real estate in 2015 and works out the work of Tibet's real estate in 2016. Leaders from the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region, Home Department of Tibet Autonomous Region and 29 members of Tibet’s Real Estate Council took part in this conference.

Dasang, president of Tibet's Real Estate Council, made a report of 2015 Tibe's real estate industry in the conference. He said that in recent years, Tibet’s real estate industry has been on the rapid growth. The number of completed investment in Tibet's real estate industry increases to 2.04 billion yuan in 2015 from 809 million yuan in 2010. Floor Space of Building Completed reaches to 6.45 million square meters, a growth by 33 times. The sale of real estate is 3.29 square meters, an increase by 17 times. In 2015, there are 31 new project of Tibet's real estate, costing 5.9 billion yuan in total.

Liu Xinfeng, the Deputy Director-General of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region, said that Tibet's Real Estate Association should do well in the work of Tibet's real estate industry and increase the quality of Tibet's real estate industry. Besides, Tibet's Real Estate Association will held the real estate trade fair in spring and autumn, to push the sales to reduce stock.
