Walking into Qamdo City, you can see newly-built Tibetan buildings standing tall and upright on the riverside of Lancang River. In recent years, Qamdo City has been making great efforts for the old city reconstruction and town's infrastructure construction so as to raise the quality of the city. Therefore, a new city in Eastern Tibet with beautiful environment and developed industry is on the rise.
