Kelsang Norbu, deputy detachment leader of Lhasa Public security bureau's Interpol Second Detachment, has a long family history in Tibet. His great grandfather was a grand minister resident of Tibet during the Qing Dynasty as well as Tibet historical scholar during the periods of Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. His father is one of the first minority intellectuals in Tibet, working on traffic system together with his mother. Of the four generations in his family, there are Tibetan nationality, Han nationality, the Mongol nationality, Tu nationality and so on. However, no barrier or misunderstanding has occured because of different nationalities, different languages and different living habits. His family is happy and perfect, joyful and harmonious.
