Tibet: all administrative villages have rural libraries

At present, all administrative villages in Tibet have rural libraries, which is more convenient for farmers and herdsmen to borrow and read books. “Rural library” project plays an important role in enriching farmers' spiritual and cultural life, increasing the level of scientific planting and cultivation, and promoting economic and social development of farming and pastoral areas.
