Since the beginning of this year, Qonggyai County strongly promotes the project of "one village demonstration, other villages regulation, graceful homeland construction". It is reported that this project comes to operation on September 12, 2016. At present, 40 percent of the total project amount has been completed. After the project is completed, it will entirely improve the environmental conditons of the village as well as increase utilization efficiency of ecological function and transfer payment funds.
