From late October to the beginning of November 2016, a survey on public safe satisfaction has been carried out in the whole Tibet Autonomous Region. Statistics show that Tibetan people's public safe satisfaction keeps good momentum and its rate reaches 99.59%, increasing 0.48% than 2015.

Combined with interviews, this survey mainly uses the way of questionnaire. Respondents are urban and rural residents above 16 years old in 73 counties (districts), 141 townships and 212 villages in Tibet. Now there are 3240 effective samples that are completed. This survey covers a wide range and its structure is coordinated in terms of sex, age, occupation and education degree. Therefore, it has strong representativeness and universality.

In 2016, Tibet vigorously promotes the buildingprocess of harmonious society and achieves demonstrable results. People's safety sense is enhanced gradually and social security is improved steadily. This survey shows that most people are satisfied with the work of judicial and public security organizations as well as integrated management departments. In addition, the masses speak highly of local public order. On the whole, Tibetan people generally have strong sense of security in the field of work, livelihood, dwelling and transportation.

Besides, this survey also shows that people's concerns on social public order are decreasing. While price, education and food hygiene are three issues that the public concerned most.
