In recent years, the activity of "Traveling to Tibet in Winter" has been being carried forward positively by Tibet Autonomous Region's Government as well as Tibet Autonomous Region's Tourism Department. Since the start of this activity in 2007, it has become a feasible tour plan of many tourists. During the winter time, it is not so cold here in Tibet.
