​Lhasa carrying out activity of "12.4" National Constitution and Legal System Publicity Day

December 4 is National Constitution Day and the Legal System Publicity Day as well. On December 4, 2016, themed with "strengthening four consciousnesses, developing constitution spirit", the "12.4" National Constitution Day Law Publicity activity was held in Lhasa.
