At Nagchu Prefecture, the heating project with the highest altitude throughout the whole country has been put into service, marking that about 120,000 residents can here and now say goodbye to the winter cold.

In 2013, Nagchu Town invested a total of RMB 1.153 billion yuan and launched three projects, namely Urban water supply and drainage project as well as central heating project.
