Since the start of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation, centering on the target of "poverty alleviation within two years, consolidate the situation within three years", taking relocation of ex-situ anti-poverty as a breakthrough, Lhasa City integrates varous types of capitals in the whole city to complete the relocation of the masses as well as integrated development of the masses. Thus, the relocation of ex-situ anti-poverty has achieved good results. Up to now, the relocation project of ex-situ anti-poverty has integrated a total of 1.489 billion yuan's various types of funds and has started the construction of 19 relocation sites.
