The fifth session of the 10th People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region and the fifth session of the 10th TAR Committee of CPPCC have opened on January 10th and 9th respectively, with each lasting six days according to the press conference of the "two sessions".  

On the afternoon of Jan. 10, the fifth session of the 10th TAR Committee of CPPCC proceeded with panel discussions.
