At the moment, Tibet has formed a three-dimensional traffic system. There are five airports (Lhasa Gonggar Airport, Shigatse Peace Airport, Nyingchi Menling Airport, Chamdo Bangda Airport and Nagri Gunsa Airport) in China's Tibet. Besides, nine airlines operate 71 routes in Tibet, connecting Tibet with 41 cities. Tibet regional civil aviation has kept safety flight for 51 years, playing an important role in regional economic and social development.
