On Jan. 3rd, 2017, Lhasa Gongdelin Police Station issued the first batch of trans-provincial identity cards processed in Tibet, and three non-Tibet residents received their new ID cards. At present, the Tibet Autonomous Region has launched the work of trans-provincial identity cards processing, which also includes loss reporting as well as lost and found work. The target people are those who have left the place of their registered permanent residence and have obtained a job or been studying or lived in Tibet.
