On Feb. 16, 2017, led by Tibet Autonomous Region's Youth League Committee as well as Tibet Autonomous Region's Children's Work Coordination Committee, Galsang Flower--2017 Tibetan New Year Young Pioneers Hand-in-hand Sending Warmth Activity was held in Lhasa. Through playing cooperative games, exchanging small gifts, visiting togather and other kinds of comunicative ways, a total of 18 pairs of young pioneers become hand in hand friends.
