Southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region is the only one provincial-level area with concentrated poverty. Most people of the region live in infertile places and need to get rid of poverty through relocation. Based on the resource advantage as well as production and living habits, the region has explored the scientific way of relocation and carried out subsidy policy.
